Get your heart rate up and strengthen muscles in a low impact way.
Dumbbell strength exercises are paired with low impact cardio moves in this strength and cardio workout. Don’t miss this low “joint” stress/no jumping workout!
Will use a variety of equipment: hand weights, resistance bands, stability ball, mat/floor work

End class with a nice, long stretch on the mat!

Please bring a mat!
