Pilates Core Fusion is an athletic, strength focused spin on classic pilates. A low-impact workout that focuses on increasing strength, stability, balance and control within the body.
Controlled mat exercises create strength, stability and suppleness to the spine while improving abdominal and back strength, posture and balance.
