This mixed-level* Vinyasa Yoga class will invite you to flow through sequential movements designed to enhance strength, flexibility and balance while deepening your connection between mind, body and breath.
*Mixed level yoga practice will accommodate a beginner through an advanced practitioner. 

Please bring your own mat.
If you do not have a mat, there are a limited number of public use mats available.
